It is only with the heart that one can see rightly

Corporate America has been cutting corners (shafting the low & mid class) and doing whatever that is needed to increase profits (at the expense of others while a few reap the benefits). what a bunch of stat whores (always preaching on profits and what YOU can do for them). over the years it seems like we, as a society, have made progress and have come a long way. I think we have in some areas but one thing that has never really changed is our nature. some of us are always looking to take advantage and to exploit (I guess that’s what CEOs have in them).
in the early days (1776-1865) of the U.S., some of its sectors were driven by slave labor. and now we fast forward 236 years to 2012. corporations are still seeking to exploit labor and cutting costs (even if the matter is unethical). of course, Apple isn’t alone (that’s just how the corporate establishment works). I remember in Geography class that it is eventual for each country to go through a phase of being a “developing” country (China, India, Brazil, etc) and then becoming a “developed” country (U.S., Japan, Germany etc). what will happen in the future when the entire planet Earth is developed? where will the corporations go to seek cheaper and more “efficient” means of production? maybe they will be exploring the depths of our galaxy for planets to plunder and enslave? Abadah?
